Stage II stationary gears clearanced and installed. The stationary gears have a clearance fit and thus to install them you have to heat housings in oven to 300 degrees. Extra studs are used for extra strength needed due to weaker properties of aluminum.

Tired of dicking around with inaccurate bore gauges so I made this go no go gauge. It has three different sizes machined into it so that when I can slide it into the rotor bearing to the third step I know I'm at my race clearance that I run. Works great!

More..... Front housing doesn't have stock bolt holes to mount on engine stand so I had to improvise.

Thanks, you might be wondering why it is assembled on the long bolts. Well, these side housings don't have the bolt holes on the side where you would normally mount to engine stand, so I had to use long bolts to clear eshaft. How did I get to the front? Easy, just lift the light motor up and turn it over lol, it's really that light. I estimated at 100lbs
