Progress pics
Here are some recent pics of my never ending project FD. Still along way to go, but it's starting to look more and more like a car as time goes on. The shop I had working on it completely back burnered my car...so I am going back to STL to pick it up and bring it down here to Houston to have it finished up.

Dont knock it till you try it.
The way I see it, I have completed the ultimate reliabilty upgrade for my FD.
2JZ
TH400
Ford 9"
NHRA certified chassis down to 8.50
4-link suspension
I should be good to go once the car is ready to rock.
I have done the rotary thing for the past 6 years now...and w/o ever building a car faster than 125mph, I broke alot of ****....so if I wanted a rotary to go 160+ I am afraid it would become entirely too frustrating for me and expensive. I can't afford to rebuild my **** every other day. So I took a path less travelled.

I for one, don't hate ! I think motor swaps are pretty darn cool.
I was hoping to see that badboy make a pass up here

Not sure what the total weight will be. Hoping to be around 2400lbs, I think Cheatham had his car down near 2300 but the 2JZ TH400 is a bit heavier than the 13B 5 speed. and I am shooting for around 800 on boost and I'll see how much nitrous I end up running during the tuning and after some test passes.
