My buddy Brian was trying to reach Roan all day. Didn't return any texts or calls. Guess we know why.

This is hands down best vid of 2010 so far that I have seen. Not only did Santiago racing runs a PB record with the front wheels off the ground the whole way, but he also takes out a seagul at the finish line. Check it out the bird goes flying off the windshield at 170+ mph!

Congrats to Santiago - http://www.grs-motorsports.com/notic...co/2010/47.wmv

Also, I saw Dee K. got into a bad accident past the 1/4. Is he ok? Hope he is ok.

I spoke to him the next day, he is ok and the car has minimal damage. Should be back up and running shortly. He was pretty happy about being away and bouncing back to a 7.4

He had a few fiberglass front ends made at the same time so should be back and up running shortly

Anthony

Santiago still runs a 1/2 chassis with ladder bars which makes that pass even more impressive..

Dee, was that an excuse to install a 2010 front end?

Glad to see you're ok and the car is not damage to bad.. Looks like they cleaned the groove only but not outside of it.

Santiagos' car is sure a hectic ride no wonder why he's not the pilot anymore lol. Good to know Dee came back out and ran a nice #, i'm sure he got the fever again and will be back out at the next event...

You thinking of installing a 2 rotor after seeing your old car pull off the 7.06 or does the piston motor have more potential?

The engine is the only think that isnt slowing us down. I will stick with what i have for now i am enjoying expanding my horizons. I would not consider a 13b because i would like to perform RnD for something that has more potential like a 20b.

I was the first one to shake Javiers hand when Lucimar ran the awesome #. That team has worked very hard and the fruits of there labor have paid off. They deserve to have the record for a 13b.

Congrats to Santiago - http://www.grs-motorsports.com/notic...co/2010/47.wmv

He runs a 1/2 chassis on ladder bars.. launches @ 30lbs due to limited traction...then boost increases through the gears until 4th then in 5th its back to @30lbs..... With a 1.19 60ft and weighing 2290 there is still room for improvement.

To do 176MPH & 2290lbs its got some BIG HP!!!

Right now its the fastest ladder bar all metal starlet in the world..
