Well its about time!

I been talkin bout Hi quality Aluminum rotors for close to 25yrs. Now who is going to step up to 13B E-shafts made from a GOOD steel that wont Flex like rubber when the torque comes on. then finally a full load of Nitromethane. anyone for a 5.99 outlaw rotary! soounds like fun to me. Ron in Tx.

ronbros3...as for nitro it cant be done in a rotary as nitro engines require at least 70 degrees of timing.the rotary cant do this physically.im still looking into the idea of it one day though.i havent looked at it extensivley yet but maybe spark plug holes could be relocated?....one day somebody will find a way....

Well I don' know if you're actually speaking from experience of just assuming it can't be done based on a theory but I've done it and many others are doing it with great results.

If there are reportedly Oz P-Ports with 2-piece e-shafts and center bearings maxing out near 13,500RPM (not saying much power is made up that high), if these rotors are sorted and proven, we should be able to turn 14,000 with power all the way up! Sorta worried about longevity near the apex seal slots or ruining combustion pockets.

Let's see what the future holds my friends.

So I guess they aren't oil cooled like the OEM rotors...

They look awesome though!!!

As far as longevity goes, I don't think they are after a rotor that lasts 200,000 miles but one for drag racing purposes where the motors are constantly being torn down and parts repl./inspected, etc.

if they could do both, i would think that it would be better financially

These issues could possibly be solved by hard anodizing the rotor.

Timemachines, do you have any progress reports? How are the rotors holding up? Maybe they are working so well you want to keep them on the down low huh?

Billet rotors are running

We finally got our rotors balance and installed on one of the car that we have at the shop. The final weight of the rotors at this time "3200 grams 1000 grams" lighter than the original. yea baby. We started the car yesterday and the car run for about an hour with no problem. the car starts great and the sound is so powerfull. What we found at this time is the response is just incredible, the oil pressure is 60 psi and we have 15 inches of vacuum. This car normally had 7 psi of boost on the two step and we now have 12 psi, a nice improvement.

we will have more news in the next few day. we are getting ready to put the car on the dyno.

We have a video of the motor that will be posted very shortly.

dont go away, we will be back with more news.

I heard Alex reving it to the moon.
I think the rev limiter needs to be bumped up to 15K !
It's going to be a sweet thing in due time.
