Wow, that's nice and small. How are you air intake temps with that?

I thought this was going to be a street car? You'll have to stop at every other 7/11 to fill up on ice.

Eric have you seen these ?

Water to air but massively efficient.
You would need heaps of cores, would be interesting to see meth injection as well with it.

Interesting thread. Sorry to hear about the engine breaking. The 425hp at 28psi sounds drastically off even for a junkyard motor. Something's wrong.

Here's my w/a intercooler set up. Used a 100$ one off e-bay. 3in In and out. Pump was a surflow 3 gl a minute one. 3/4 hose. Used a ice chest for the water box. I liked the ice chest better then the aluminum made ones. Easy to fill and empty. Also will keep the water cooler longer. Air temps were 130f at the end of the 1/4. Went through 10lb of ice each pass. Ice was costing more then fuel.

Yeah, I just figured that the 220f degree intake temps had something to do with the low HP numbers. That, and possibly the failing bearing could cost some hp loss. Motor is knocking pretty bad now...

I dunno, I'd like to hear some opinions?

Eric, I'm running a W/A setup, I let Steve take some pictures when he comes back to show you. Im too lazy to do it.

Parts wise, Im running a precision pt1001 intercooler and a water tank form here: http://www.chiseledperformance.net/watertanks.htm
