where is the videos and result for today for the LA invasion drag race?

 

LOL. No big result on my car. The car ran its best with a 10.9 @112mph. I hurt the motor and packed it up early. But I will post a video if I can find some. What happened to you? I thought you would have your RX3 ready by then.

I went today to check it out it was dead lots of V8s on the track so i left early......

did you crack the iron jonel...i also heard james blew his intake or something.

Lol ya it still popping. But its getting better and less blasting from last time.

 

I think I spun and over rev the motor. I pulled the turbo and felt the lower exhaust part area and felt that theiinside is scrape or groved. I think the corner or side seal broke. I doubt that the apex seal broke cause I still can turn the motor over and running.

 

Nope. I didn't break the plate its really internal damage. Corner seal or side seal. But the car still runs.

No, James broke the third gear shift lever. It was not the intake. He actually got to the track and got a good pass. I am glad he did. I am happy that he is getting the bugs out of his seven. His car was running hard.

To bad not all have gone out to race. Hopefully you guys can go out next time so we can all kick it, race and have fun. We need all of the west coast rotary out there. So you'll need to come and bring them rotar cars out.

 

James ran a 10.8's I think 118 or 119mph. But he has a lot more in the car. I think he can hit a single digit soon. Just got to get the shifter fix. Maybe next race he will be in the 9's.

My first run was 11.65 112mph a lot of tire spin. The tire wasn't heated up long enough. Second run was 10.9 almost same mph. The third run was when I heated the tire real good and that is when I hurt the engine. I think it still spun in third that is when I over rev the engine and the 6 year old engine finally gave up..

But it was a good day to race. Except for the V8 shittin' oil/trans fluid all over the track. But all in all it was a good racin'.
