I actually started getting better 60' with a bit more pressure. Ari told me he ran 13-14psi in his et streets so I've been running 13psi. Hell, I just cut 1.36, 1.42, and 1.39 last sunday. It will be different for every car though. All depends on how your front and rear suspension is setup. There is no right or wrong answer. Every setup will be different.
