Heavy is good for heavier cars........are u backing off to timing for the anti lag...maybe you realase the clutch before the anti lag is deactivated.I am just thinking of how you have your anti lag switch works.DO you have on finger trigger or foot trigger?

will be at the track this saturday w/ my weld drag lites for sum more testing, i raised the rear and made sum adj to the hks drag coilovers

stay tuned

ps and put the "modified rims" in the TRASH !!!!!! will post pic's soon
Thanks for sharing Lee and good luck. Can't wait for you to get this setup dialed in.

yep i'm thinking the same aswell my anti lag switch is finger activated on top of the long shifter, you think i should run it off the foot ? i'm releasing before i engage the clutch the only reason i'm not using the foot is cuz i'm clutch assisted .

Not sure which ecu your using but here are my thoughts...

I don't like the way most ecu's try to launch with antilag.(MoTeC / Autronic have it figured out)

Your retarding the motor and then expect it to respond after you release the clutch..
Many times you'll have to retard the motor quite a bit to make the necessary boost..
A retarded motor is a very lazy motor...

You want to leave with a 2step so the motor is waiting to explode. (hopefully not literally)
This way there's never any hesitation and you'll leave like a bullet..

Antilag is for rally cars not Drag Cars...

Lee, the anti-lag works very well for me with the AEM. It comes on at 7k by clutch switch and when i drop the clutch its off. That simple. Its only activated in first gear too. But this is for the AEM. Im not sure how it would work for yours. I know I HATED it with the Tec3. I come out with 18lbs of boost everytime now. Been cutting low 1.4's

well ......... looks like i'm goin in the right direction , took the car out last nite for sum testing and the only way I could get a 60ft was to go full stiff in rear , and it still wasnt enough . I am now back to my rubbin problems the rear is lifted really high , but the sum bitch still squats REALLY hard , I got a 1.47 60 ft w/ 18-20 lbs off da line but it was like holding the e brake all da way down the track. end result 10.50 @ 131 mph my 1/8 was only 103mph , looks like i need stiffer springs in da rear. check out the pic's and LOOK closely and u will see how far it comes down

Sounds like your going in the right direction Lee. What method did you use to build boost off the line?

anti lag w/ 2 step !!! it was tricky but it works !!!!! and switch is at the bottom of the clutch pedal , and i'm using the "mid" jet w/ tilton flo control, all is working great. all I need now is to cure da rubbin issue and shes gonna fly !!!!!

Why don't you just roll the fenders in the rear to get more clearance or run a different wheel backspace. The time machines car is running stock chassis and squating alot more than your car with no rubbing. You may want to ask them what they did. Good luck, you'll get there, just a matter of working out the bugs. I just went through similar crap with my slave cylinder. It's amazing how the little things can ruin your day.

it's da springs, there too soft 6kg = 345lbs (rear) gonna call eibach and see what they got to offer. if i roll the fender it will jus allow the tire to go further into the fender well, and on a different note my car and timemachines car are on different levels my car weighs 2810 w/ me in it, and i'm runnin da mazda rear w/ 26 tall et street . not taking anything away from them it's jus that were 2 different setups
weight has alot to do w/ it
