Anyone have any skinny's FS?

I have had so many differant sets in my garage. Could'nt decide on what ones to run and ended up sending all back. I was going to run the coker firestones but from the looks of them I cant imagine they are going to fit being 26 tall. So I thought I would throw this up and if someone has a front set forsale "welds" or such let me know. I would prefer 24 or 25 tall. Let me know.....

I'm looking for the same thing. I need a skinny tire 24" tall for my FB.

Seems to be lots of 26" tall tires out there.

I've been thinking about hitting up a junkyard for some 15" spares that will fit, all the proper sizes come in 15", but almost nothing in 16".

Why don't you guys buy a set of welds? They are not expensive. Get the ProStars for about $300 for the set. Then get a set of 15x4.5 MT ET streets. I forget the offset you need, but there was a huge thread in this section about it. Dan Shrecter started it. Title was something like Weld drag wheels.

I might try again Ernie. I had the weld knock offs and the offset was wrong. Then I got the billet ones and they would have worked with a good size spacer and grinding the calipers. I just decided to try the stockers with coker tire's for now. Once I get them painted and on the track well see how it looks.

Would there be any real advantage to running ET fronts compared to the bias-ply cokers??? I think the cokers look fine btws sk8, once all 4 wheels are painted to match.

No advantage just looks. I guess the Et's or Moroso's or so on are designed for high speed drag racing were the cokers are Vintage race tires. If I did not know of guys traping 140-170 on them I would have passed.
