So this Sunday is the first CSCS race here in Ontario......and my car is still on the body rotissery

I've had no time to look at it this month.

But I've been doing some thinking about my intake setup.
I'm definatly going EFI....no stupid carbs here.

Now I have this intake manifold kickin around my shop for a few months now.

What do you guys think if I bought one of these and stuck it on. http://www.eastcoastparts.com/html/throttle_body.html
Would it be too large for N/A ?

My plan for this car is to run it N/A for this year, sort out the suspention, get used to the car then later add Nitrous.

What do ya think?

Hey, there's nothing wrong with stupid carbs. Some of the fastest cars out there N/A are with carbs.

LOL, I said there is nothing wrong with carbs, but I'll never run one.

Little update, I have the FB mostly assembled now to the point of a rolling chassis again all painted up. I'm taking it to a big Mazda meet this weekend so I'll have a few new pics.....hopefully some of you can appreciate the color scheme ahaha.

Damn, that's really close to the color that I want to paint my duece. What color is that? I think I'm going to go with the Porsche GT3 green. It has a little more blue in it than yours. Looks good, keep it going....

Slowly but surely.

I'm right strapped for cash right now and I need at least $4000 to get it up and running.

rotorholic, I'd love to buy that TB off you. Hopefully you have it kicking around for a bit, dont try to sell it too hard lol.

Are you running on stock rear suspension points? And is a 255 gonna be enough tire for this car?

Yeah stock rear suspention points. I have no idea if a 255 is going to be enough, but its all I can fit in the stock wheel well.
