x-pipe or cat back?
right now i have a 2.5 inch stainless steel xpipe exhauset system by magnaflow. should i replace this with a cat back system? would it be worth it or even a change at all? if yes, what would be a recomended replacement?

I've read many times that X-pipes do not do much of anything on a rotary, I believe it has something to do w/ the exhaust pulses

The question you are TRYING to ask is wether its better to go with a DUAL exhaust Cat-Back, or a Single sided Cat-Back.
now try it again

Single exhaust = More power, less weight, less cost, better look on an FD or FB
Dual exhaust = Better sound, better look on an FC
Choose whatever you like.

FB (FB33) = Series 2 (81-83) and Series 3 (83-85)
Although not exactly correct, Americans tend to call all of the 1Gen RX-7's by the FB name, while most of the rest of the world usually uses the SA designation. Confused yet?
