Why is my boost dropping?

-My Crappy Turbo? It's some type of hybrid with a bigger compressor on it.
-My wastegate spring? Maybe too weak to hold boost?
-My AVCR?
Would NOS remedy this problem?

Maybe , in fact most likely that new compressor isnt properly matched to your engine and isnt sypplying enough air to maintain the required pressure ratio at higher RPM.

Are you losing boost as in every day you can't get quite as much or as you drive it doesn't hold boost well?
