The Mazda 787B LeMans winning car had 700 bhp @ 9000 rpm and 620 ft/lbs of torque at 6500 rpm.

Naturally aspirated 4-rotor.

Here in the east coast, we had a real nice 2nd gen. Rx7 a full chassis drag car, he was running a 13B Mazda Factory Racing P-Port engine with some Roger Mandeville help with the tunning and ran a real nice 9.56 @135mph this was done on "ALL MOTOR" the car's name was "Party Time" the car no longer exist. they made it turbo charged ran 8.1 and later they tried to bring the boost up, the car got out the groove real bad and was totaled. destroyed.

in OZ the fastest all motor rotor I know of is a honda s600 13b pp running 10.5 or 10.4 - never heard of an all motor, or even nitroused motor running faster in this country.

........not yet.

No problem Node. Mazda Rx3 13B BP N20, Elapse Time 9.41@139MPH. Yesterday we had the NHRA Compact series race @ Englishtown N.J. after some tunning in our second round of elimination we lost. The car was dialed in @ 9.55 we ran up against a 12.90 car. gave him the head start, close to the finish line passed him, got totaly OFF!!!! the gas pedal and still ran a 9.53 @119MPH (beat ourselves ) Yesterday was a good day for Mazda. Carlos Gonzales in his 1973 Rx3 out of Ocala Florida was the number 1 qualifier in the modified class. There was no honda(papadakis) or cavalier running close to the Rx3's numbers 8.15@165mph. In the "ALL MOTOR" a first gen. Rx7 with a 3 rotor engine running 10.20 won the all motor class. and many, many more 3rd gen's rocking the house.. go to www.urbanracer.com or www.nhrasportcompact.com and see the results.. hey Node out of Puerto Rico I have a buddy with a Mazda Miata with a 13B P-Port ad some N20 running 8.55@153mh. his name is "Albert Vivo" thats the fastest N/A N20 rotary engine in the planet,

BAM BAM !

Hey Ito, few years ago there (about 5 years ago) there was a Yellow Wide Body FB, 13B fuel injected, running in Atco. He was running the 10's or 11' (can't remember) constantly, and I am almost sure he was from Florida. Do you know who I'm talking about?

Thanks,

Elio

I picked this up from another thread but did not know how to link to it so I copied it across. See the power figures from Rohan Ambrose's car from Australia. This is non turbo 13B bp.

Some nice features the LT series has. After the seminar Rohan was telling me about his Bridgeport FI engine making power well into the 11,000 RPM range with his intake manifold, that is wicked 290rwhp N/A yes!!! I haven't seen Haltech trying to set up a group of tunners before they sell there product on the market like Micro- Tech is trying to do. I say hands up to Micro-tech for making sure before they start to open a dealer base in the US they have tunners available. Good to see Anthony Rod's back in gear looking to drag race soon..

Excellent, I am pleased you caught up with them both, great guys with some great stuff! I have raced Rohan with his set-up, sh__ it goes! Did he show you the gears etc from his dogbox, again that product is awesome.

Yeah, I think I'm going to go now. I was going to sell my motor and work on my new one, but I'll probably wait to put the new one together so that I can keep driving my car. You should drive the RX-3 there.
