It seems I get a lot of views and a few replies in the 3rd gen section. What I need is real world before and after numbers not just guesses.

See my signature and just swap the T04E for a T66.

Thanx,

Ken

At least on the NA side of things, a good street port + header is like adding a turbo and upping the boost slightly from stock (FC NA vs. TII). The weight difference between NA cars and TII's might be part of it, but porting is still the best mod for a rotary other than forced induction. With a mild port job on a 6 port engine "which is like polishing a turd" I was in the 14's at 96 mph in 90 degree weather.

you're looking at a 10% gain w/ a mid sized street port. it's worth it only if you're getting a rebuild. if you're getting a reman it's probably not worth it opening it up just to port it, you're better off just upping the boost a couple lbs.
