Here's a worksheet that can get you close. Use around .60-.65 BSFC for NA rotarys. Personally I'd take the number the calculator spits out and go up about 2 sizes on the injector to give yourself some overhead. As long as your EMS can accurately control low injector on-time and you can keep the fuel pressure above 35psi it's hard to too big.
