what do u think about my port

do u guys think that the side seals could have been catching on the flat edge of the port, most extend ports dont have such a flat edge am i right?

yes, you probably need to soften the edges at bit.

Consider this -- it is only possible if the short radius (the part of the port there that's closest to the water jacket o-ring land) were carved away a good chunk to therefore expose the side seal for a greater portion of its travel time across the port. If only a very small portion of the side seal is exposed, it can't dip down out of its spring-loaded groove then smack into the closing edge of a port; it'll only happen if it's got little support underneath it for much of its length.

yeh side and corner seals, just about took 3-4 mm off almost every side seal, most of the corner seals were broken too, it detonated badly
