Ok first off it looked like a 11.14 pass to me not 10 seconds. The 2nd Gen ran a mid 14 not 13 seconds and its not an NA it was a T2.

I think it just had a TII hood on it.

Yeah...it's an NA. It's VERY easy to put a TII hood on a NA. That doesn't make it a TII!!! I saw the engine. It's an NA.
The 3rd. gen. ran a 10.55 later that day. The NA never got below 14, but the driver said he has seen 13's in it.
Even at 14 seconds, that is pretty fast for a NA.

I think it's a TII motor with a Cosmo Intake.
He is also running an Automatic with a HUGE stall converter on it!

That thing was sooo loud! Almost too loud!

I like the import events because you don't have to put up with all those loud domestics!
Sometimes those things give me a headache when I'm sitting in the pits!

What's been done to the 3rd gen? Do you have a mod list or an approx mod list from seeing the car?

No, I just looked at it for a few seconds. I know he is running NOS and what looks like a T41 single turbo and a TEC II.
I did ask him about his port. He told me it was just a SP.
The guys at RX7.COM built the car I think.
