Twin 13g turbos for budget car

Well, my friend and I were thinking of building a car to have fun in, and I found an FC for 500. We got talking about different turbo setups and realized a possibility for a very cheap turbo setup. What I was wondering was, if we could find 2 decent 13g DSM turbos, would they be a fair size for a stock NA rotary? If not would they be too big or small, if too small, then would a twin 16g set be better? Discuss.
