Talking turning a turbo into a s/c?

i want a supercharger on my car, but i dont like any offered for the 13b. so heres my plan, just lookin for some feedback. i have a turbo sitting around, so i was thinking...use the compressor side, and basically make a shaft driven supercharger out of it. im a metal fabricator, so making pulleys and brackets is no problem. some things i need to know though... how fast does a T4 turbo need to spin to produce boost? if i make a 5:1 pulley, will i also need to make a gearbox to up it even more? where can i run my forced oil line from? has this ever been done before?

thanks in advance for the input!
