Tii exhaust ports in FD engine?Upgrade?

The other day I was talking to a friend who is building a 20B with some extra intakean exhaust porting. He pointed out that he had switched out his stock exhaust sleeves with those from a TII. He said they were bigger of the factory. I haven't read anything about this mod on this board or Nopistons.

Can somebody confirm?
Engine is being streetported and will run non-seq turbo's in my FD.

The sleeves in cosmo engines are just designed to provide more torque, namely low end. The cars were more luxury oriented than performance. The sleeves on your FD are probably very similar to TII sleeves, but definitely not as small as 13B-RE or 20B sleeves.

Thanks, no point in switching them out huh?

Yeah I'm in Belgium. Best months probably are between April and septemer.
Best beeers to try out are Leffe, Duvel, Hoegaarden,Kriek, Grimbergen,etc..
I'm not much of an alcohol drinker.

Try searching Google : Belgium+beers and you'll get a load of info on that

Interesting cities to visit are Brussels, Leuven, Antwerp, Brugge

Enjoy :-)

Hehehe, Spa-Franchorchamps probably. Well I don't know how much of a rotorhead you are but you might want to aim for the 24 hours of Spa to see the Van Herck RX7 FD race car. (ex-Pettit racing)

Check this site http://www.autosport.be/champ/belcar/main.awm
to see the preview upper right in light blue.
1000 hours of Spa would be interesting I guess.

Let me know, maybe we can meet up then ;-)
