Is there a NOS dump kit?

Just for the record, I am not going to be messing with nos anytime soon, but I have always thought about throwing on a wet kit somewhere down the road(50-100shot). I have been told thats its illegal to drive on the streets with pressurized bottle hooked up. That is really not a big problem since it would really only be for the track. But I may run on the streets with it every so often. My question is, is there any sort of dump kit that would release the pressure? something like a purge valve perhaps?

If you want to run nitrous in a car with a hatch, then you're going to need a dump tube. It attaches near the nozzle and dumps outside when it reaches a certain pressure. (1600psi or more)

A purge valve just clears the lines prior to usage to ensure a constant delivery of nitrous oxide. Sometimes when you change bottles, or sit in line for too long, you might develop air bubbles in the lines. The purge just clears it all out.

Also, you can get a bottle heater to help control the pressure levels (in colder climates). Or if the pressure gets too high, a nice bag of ice cools it down. Ideally, keep it around 900 psi.
