sequential turbos

I know the twin turbos are sequential, can you adjust the boost from each individual turbo? So you get a normal boost from the first turbo and when the second kicks in it you get a significant boost increase?
When increasing boost, you have to increase fuel flow right?
Is the only way to adjust fuel flow with an upgraded ECU? or something like the APEXI S-AFC?
Thanks a bunch,

I don't believe that you can adjust the turbo boost individually, but I could be wrong. I know that you have to upgrade the fuel if you are going to up the boost. More oxygen in the combustion chamber means more combustion, and if there isn't enough fuel in there, then it runs lean and detonation occurs. So fuel is a must for boost upgrading. You can control the boost by getting a boost controller or and ECU, but you will already have the ECU with the fuel upgrades. The Power FC has the ability to run 17psi but you can trick it....supposedly.
