testing injectors?
testing injectors?
Is there a way to test the secondary inj to see if there working correctly? I droped one of my 1650's and Im not sure if it damaged it or not. Is there a way?
Other than sending it off the way I cleaned injectors before may work for some basic testing.
I used a 12v electric fuel pump and a 12v flasher (for blinkers) The flasher worked to pulse the injectors. That was a very primitive setup and I also had a small ultrasonic bath I ran it in. But I could run two at a time and run them the same length of time into two separate test tubes that had a measurement scale on each to compare the volume.
I would backflush the injectors first after they spent a little time in the ultrasonic.
I know that's pretty lame but it worked for me. Now that I know about RC Engineering I haven't had to do that in a while.
If you don't get any better ideas or options and want more details let me know. It is not hard to set up.
