Superchargers

Other than the Paxton, has anyone had any success with installing a supercharger on a fuel injected RX-7? I have seen a few web pages of Paxton conversions and they look great after the brackets and new pullies were made. Just wondering of there are other superchargers that can be used on the 6 port engines.

www.atkinsrotary.com With their kit you're supposed to go over to a carb, but they sell the stuff for you to stay FI as well.

They have two sizes of the superchargers. Here is the only fuel injection setup that I am aware of and I think it is still being worked on. But it has been a while since I have read up on it.

atkins bought the rights .. that is why it is theres (they just call it a camden so that you know where the blower came from)...

they are alright, but i think that there is better out there (but not as a kit. you would have to go custom job)

I am all for fabbing the manifolds and mounts. Finding a good supercharger for a low LOW low price would be the trick.

You can put basically any SC you want on as you're just going to spend your time on fab'ing the connections. Doing it for half or quarter the price of a turbo setup is the ideal thought.
