Street port and fuel

alright I havea s4 t2 trht is streetported and once the breakinis done I was told I cant "Romp,Race<wot" at all b/c with the street prot I need more fuel. Is that correct?

I'm running the stock turbo rightnow and will for a while. And I'm running stock injectors
