When you both launch traction comes into it and its going to be a lot harder to hook up a 550rwhp/gobs of tq 300zx than a 340rwhp 7 so from a dig its anyones game.

360 rwhp gets you 120 mph at low to mid 11's.

No POS overweight turbo charged titanic is beating a 3rd genn. Nice try, but go on your slow 300z forum and tell this BS.
I also owned a TT ZX. Don't run your mouth so much. The 300zx and FD both have style, and potential. The Z is heavy, but it has the ability to make great power. Torque must not be a concept you understand.

It'd probably be a good race....
not sure who would win this race but here are a few thoughts...

1) Not many 600hp auto z32's out there. This 600hp Z buddy might be exaggerating a bit. I'd be interested to hear his mods.
2) America's fastest STOCK turbo'd z32 runs mid/high 11's. He has intake, chip, boost controller, down pipes, test pipes, suspension, slicks and exhaust. Stock side mounts though. We're talking <400 rwhp.
3) 500 rwhp on a 5 speed has seen 10 second time slips on z32's.
4) Yes, z32's are heavy pigs. Yes, they do have a lot of torque.

How long does a bottle rocket last??? My 400+RWHP FD has stayed together over a year now and I beat the **** out of it.
