The numbers I mentioned earlier about making ~2000 more HP on a top fuel car with a lyshom blower came from a friend who designs and builds top fuel and funny cars for NHRA teams. Multiple event wins and top 5 points finishes. I trust his opinion.
The 2000 HP might be a little optimistic, but I'd expect 1000 HP range just bolting it on and tuning, 2000 HP would likely be obtainable in a few years of tweaking the setup.
