Searching high and low for an exhaust tip with 3.5" inlet!
I can't find JACK when it comes to exhaust tips that have a 3.5" inlet. I have a Magnaflow 3.5" straight through muffler that just has a lame pipe sticking out of it. I'd like to make it a bit more aesthetically pleasing and put a 3.5" inlet to either 3.5, 4, or maybe a 4.5" outlet, with a rolled tip... Actually, at this point, anything with a 3.5" inlet I'd be willing to look at.
Any info is GREATLY appreciated... I've searched google, summit, jegs, and about 30 other online stores, but can't find ANYTHING bigger than a 3.25 inlet at this SUV store... BLAH!

What if you bought a large exhaust tip (any Honda "performance" shop should stock many too choose from). Most likely it will have a smaller inlet than you need, like a 2.25" and a good sized outlet, like a 4.5". Cut away the inlet of it at the portion of the "flaring" so that it's a 3.5" inlet.

Burns has a SS transition from 3.5" - 4.5". I'm thinking about picking up one of these and just cutting an angle on the end of it to make it look like an exhaust tip Or maybe a machine shop or something could roll the tip, but I don't exactly know what that entails....

Yeah, that's what I would do. Buy that 3.5" - 4.5" transition and polish it up into a tip. Good thinking, I've actually done that before, but with smaller piping on a non-rotary car. Works good.

Just did a search on NOPI and found a few options.
Tip1 Specs: Click here
Made by Max Speed (who the hell is that?)
Has a 3.5" Inlet and a 4.5" outlet
8 inches long
This is the one I'm probably going to end up with.
Tip2 Specs: Click here
Made by Pacesetter
Has a 4" Inlet and a 5" outlet
9.5 Inches long
A bit long, and dosn't perfectly fit the exhaust outlet, but coule be made to make do
Tip3 Specs: Click here
Made by Racer Design
3.5" Inlet and 3.5" outlet
10" long
No picture.... I don't think I'll go with this one.
