WOW! What a jump in performance! To drop .5 and only pick up a few MPH is amazing! He must have some new suspension parts or tranny. He cut a 1.45 60' on the 9.6 run right? He must have gotten a 1.2 or close to go 9.11. Sounds like someone just left the street class and went to quick huh? No way he can run that setup in the street class! I'd be interested to see what he did differently

The RP crew is probably the most upfront and professional people when it comes to Bidness (texan for bussiness) that i know of. From Sky and Vicki (who answers the phone) Rocky (who takes my orders, and suggest X-mas gifts to my grilfriend for her) Ari (who sat down and planned a motor for me.) and finally Chris, who to me has been a wealth of information. I give them MAD COOKIE PROPS.

I think they have specs on their website www.rx7.com
The previous best run of 9.58 was with the stock transmission, but with drag slicks. I think his previous best with the stock tranny and street tires was like 9.92 or something?
He could have run in 8's before with a sequential transmission, but that would put him out of the street class and into the outlaw class.

I would think alot of people on this forum are close to what ARI has in his car (which is not much compared to the other street class cars). Anyone else in the 9's and low 10's on this board?

8's on a 1.3L engine.... damn. That is hardcore. My Dad's 10 second car is a 528ci Hemi (and it scares the **** out of me when I'm driving it). That is some serious power/ci going on there. The 13b is like 87 or 88ci right?
