Replacing primary injectors on a RE?
What have you guys done to use a bigger primary injector on a 13b-re motor? they have some type of special 550cc primaries, that take the place of the air bleed diffusers on the re motor, but the rew uses a side feet with a diffuser. Can i just swap to a fd fuel rail/ air bleed diffusers and upgrade from there, or is there a more custom approach?
Any conversions are welcome, like if a s4 fuel rail could be adapted as well, I have those laying around here.
thanks in advance

i have a couple top feed injectors already, i was mainly curious how to upgrade the primaries because they have some type of special tip on the side feed injector. would it work if i just used a fd primary fuel rail?
i want to run some fd 850 cc injectors for my primaries if i can rig it up

The FD primary injectors look very similar to the RE primaries. Considering that 850s can be easily installed into the FD primaries, I expect that the RE engine can use 850s as the primaries.
The secondaries on the RE are different to the FD's.
That's about what I can remember.
