Can you use a third gen pilot bearing ina s4 13bt?

The pilot bearing is the same for all year 13B`s from the 70`s and up to 1998, so it will work. Dont you just love the simplicity of our cars?

Uh, what exactly are you trying to do???
Are you planning on reusing a used pilot bearing???
The Mazda parts numbers are all the same.

Nope, just trying to use a brand new 3rd gen pilot bearing I had in a 13bt.

They are the same part number.
So that should give you a hint.
