NRS RotorSports ceramic apex seals part 2
So we did a compression check on the engine this weekend before the engine goes out of the car. With a cold engine and low battery voltage we messured and average og 4.8-5kg on all 4 rotors and on all faces. It was completly even on the same rotor, and it was between 4.8-5kg of compression on all 4. The rpms did not go over 160, and stayed between 135-160 while cranking.
And we had above 6 kg of compression this spring after 45 minutes or so of running. But this was at about 220 rpms of cranking. So the seals seams to be holding up quite good.
The only thing i noticed is that there is alot of oil resedue in the intake runners. Im guessing this is due to the PP ports and overlap.
