This nozzle tester is based on the Darlington Pair cercut which in turn is driven by a pulse generator.One of the items used is a sigle flow fuel supply, a can with a fuel pump a reg that dumps the releaf back into the sump befor it even leves the tank. One can check cerunt draw, the volteg scope pattern, the amp scope pattern, spray pattern, and the flow as to if it si equel to the rest
of the nozzles.

 

more info , so fare it is not coplet, yet each step has been tested and at this point does work quit well, all I need now is a scope pattern to show. the cost now is $60, not inclueding the scope. yep the scope you see is a single trace, the one I will be use is the UEI/adl7100 duel trace which will give both amp and volteg patterns
