Amp - Absolutely! I went from 10.5 with a 1.5x 60ft to a 10.32 and a 1.49 60ft! My time was 1 tenth quicker to the 660ft and 2 tenths in the deep end

Here is my timeslip from 22/6/02 when I ran a string of 10s with best being the 10.32 @ 133mph

ummm that's pretty good!!! i ran 13.7 @ 100 with 1.92 60 ft and the stock catback, about 7 psi of boost. if you drop your 60FT you should get into the 13's easily. not a bad run for your 2nd time

13.6 or so. I am not sure how much slower the Autos are but with a normal boost pattern I would hope for around mid-high 13's. 16's are for NA FC's. Please fix your boost problem and bring the FD back to respectability.
This is not meant to be harsh at all just to let you know what kind of times you ran compare to and what times I feel your car is capable of. Also I am not dissin' the NA FC's. My friends have them and I love the cars it was just a time reference because my friends' FC runs low 16's.

1/4 mile time in Sweden

R/T 0.485
60ft 2.02
1/8 8.70
mph 87
1/4 13.11
mph 117.2

Altitude: Sea level

Car: -83 gen1 w 13B streetport, Weber 55 carb Prospark distriburless ignition, large fmic, Garrett GT-40 turbo (running 11 psi boost) M/T Competitor 205/50/15, stock trannny and rear axle (welded gears)

Had lots of trouble shifting into 3rd gear and a high EGT 1012 celsius. Dragstrip was unprepared. Should be breaking into the 12s next week at Tullinge raceway Swedens fastest dragstrip!

No... that is with a 60-1. I have the GT sitting in plastic all sealed up until I get some pipe for a dwonpipe and some time to install it all.
I think the GT66 is going to get me kicked off the track! It almost happened last night.. only .1 second away.
In all honesty, I am a really crappy driver, that's why I need lots of power!

New best times for me

I ran my best times on slicks and street tires last night. I ran four runs on slicks. 11.78, 11.73, 11.71 and finally 11.68 at 14 psi and pump gas and was about to turn it up to around 17 psi and give her hell when the track official came over and said no more 11's for me. I took the slicks off and let my friend run them while I strapped the street tires back on and turned the boost up to 17 psi and let her rip. I ran two back to back 12.40's on the streets. I wish I could have ran a run at 17 psi on the slicks as I am sure it would have been around 11.5 or better. Here are the timeslips.

Slicks & 14 psi Street tires & 17 psi
R/T ---- .563 R/T ---- .678
60' ---- 1.618 60' ---- 2.188
330' ---- 4.785 330' ---- 5.541
1/8 ---- 7.444 1/8 ---- 8.219
mph ---- 94.70 mph ---- 95.08
1000 ---- 9.731 1000' ---- 10.505
1/4 ---- 11.687 1/4 ---- 12.426
mph ---- 115.06 mph ---- 120.17

I was very pleased and can't wait for some runs on race gas, 17 psi and slicks.

How much of a difference would the altitude here in Vegas vs. the altitude at E-Town in NJ make at the track.....not that I have my car anymore.....just wondering. Thanks people.
