new 2pc mazda seals used in my rebuild comp still low?

new 2pc mazda seals used in my rebuild comp still low?

well i broke my motor in properly and ive got 2k miles on it... and yet the car still has the compression in the mid 80's whats up with that? i was just thinking that maybe these seals just take forever to break in tell me your thoughts on this guys/

How are you measuring the compression? Leading plug, trailing plug, throttle open, throttle closed, what's the cranking speed like, are you using a unmodified compression tester...

...did you use new rotor housings? What about the corner seals and side seals? What did the side housings look like? Remember apex seals are only a small part of the compression equation, nevermind how much attention they recieve.

i had it pro rebuilt but all the seals are new and all the housings and irons are within spec....
