in need of some suggestions

I am just about to get my porting done , my rebuild kit will be here soon .I was wondering what kind of things could I do to this 13bna s4 .It is in a 4x4 pro arena race truck (suzuki samurai)the truck has 4:88 gears spool in rear toyota axles weighs @1900lbs .alot of the racing done is around a course thru tight turns and some big jumpsrace is generally @ 11/2 to 2 minutes long.I need to get the most power and torque I can and have some reliability .here is what my plan is so far 13b mild porting megasquriter fuel and ignition It will have basically have no exaust just a header and maybe an insert the motor is going to my buddys who is going to do the porting tomorrow any help any chance of gettin 200hp or more?

With a good size SP and aftermarket ecu, and some intake mods, you can approach or slightly exceed 200 engine hp. I wouldnt expect to see 200 wheel hp though. You might want to look at a half bridge port or a full bridge port to get the higher power levels. You might even consider doing turbo irons for larger intake ports, but then you'd need a 4 port intake as well.

how much durability dos a half and full bridge have? I have a big race season and dont want to have to change motorsalot actually I think I may start to build the 13bre I have if this works good .but dont have the flow right now

If you are racing in an arena, you will have to put on some kind of exhaust system. You will quickly get banned trying to run an open header rotary because of the insane obnoxious sound they make.

For a half bridge to be effective, you will need an intake system with seperate primary and secondary throttles. To keep low end power for coming off the corners, you cannot feed the primary street port and the secondary bridge port air at the same time; to do so would defeat the purpose of the half bridge motor.

they run the monster trucks with us in the arena they have no exaust. So I would not be able to run my stock intake ?what kind of intake setup would i need anyone have some pics
