Need advice on changing counterweights

Rebuilding an S5 TII engine, and changing the rotors to S4 TII (8.5:1) rotors.
I know I need to change the counterweights as well so everything stays in balance.

Is there anything else that needs to be done to the core when changing to these rotors for everything to work properly?

I will be installing a lightweight flywheel as well, but I'm not exactly sure which flywheel or what weight it will be.
Does this impact what I'm doing? Can I still go ahead and swap on the S4 front counterweight, and I won't have to change it when I change flywheels?

(tried searching, found lots of topics, but didn't answer questions good enough)

Yes, change to series 4 (turbo or non-turbo) counterweight and flywheel. If you're using an aftermarket flywheel, use any of them that are sold for Series 4. Nothing else has to be done to the core.
