That compressed air idea is pretty good. If you hold it upside down it comes out in liquid form and instantly freezes. I burned my brothers arm with it yesterday... haha. But it seems like something like that could work. I think ultimately the best thing to do would be to get a vented hood.

One of the nitrous kit manufacturers makes a kit that mounts to the front of your intercooler with a large spray bar that criss crosses the intercooler. It sprays nitrous or compressed air across your intercooler to cool it. Now if I could only remember where I saw this...

Nitrous Express (NX) makes the kit. The spray bar is a loop positioned in front of your intercooler.

I've seen this done with the entire nitrous bottle and a section of braided stainless line. Use one of the Sneaky Pete bottles, and wear gloves

or, you could just get direct port nitrous, and lower your boost. you will make the same amount of power, and it cools the air. or, you could leave the boost, and get extra power from the nitrous AND from the cooled air.....

When I was a kid you could buy whipped cream cans that were pressurized with nitrous oxide. Maybe you can have your cooling and eat it too

DUDE!!! Me and chris saw NOS in a bottle today!!!!!!!! They had it at Pep boys. It wasnt pressurized though.... just NOS brand octane booster. Just thought it was funny. It claims to boost octane by 7 points. I lost interest real fast though and never read the fine print.
