Just curious, how would an intake manifold would look like on a street port semi-PP setup? Or would there be two manifolds? Has anyone even done this setup before?

I've taking a Racing Beat intake manifold and modified it to feed the partial peripheral.

Can you give out a little more info on that kind of stuff, i find it to be pretty interesting. Like is it practical in doing that and what rpm it starts to kick in, idle and that sort of thing, oh and how long it lasts.

I've got no idea. That's really the reason WHY I'm doing this, I've got the engine out of my old (read: scrapped) 1st gen, and I just want to do as much possible to it as possible by myself.

The inlet would be made in several bits, the spacer (which re-shapes the port inlets) extension runners (so the carbs will fit in the same space) and then the tuned runners, which add length until it's at the required length for optimum eficiency at around 6500RPM.

I wont be revving the nuts off of it, so it should last pretty long, and (i'm hoping) for power to be around 240Bhp. The trike will only weigh around 1000Lbs, and will be rear-heavy, so i'll need some drag-style bars sticking out of the rear if I want it to last more than one standing start!!!

As soon as I've built it, i'll post pics, and specs for it. hopefully it'll help people get a bit more power without losing engine-life
