More 6port BP questions
Righty. I just read another thread about bridging a 6port, so I'll propose my idea to you guys.
Ok, Half-Bridge. Streetport the Intermediate housing, and do a bridge on the front and rear. On the BP, You'd keep the 5/6th port actuation (by cutting into the sleeve, but keeping it so the sleeves can introduce little/no air) and bridge the 1/2 ports.
It would have less area at low RPM's (Streetport @ Idle, and a ¼-bridge below 3800RPM) and when the 5/6th ports open, HOLD ON.
What do you guys think? I plan to try it reguardless whenever I get the $$ to pay for the templates, and buy my friends S5 block.
Side Note: Do you think this would be better with a VDI intake (Opening at a different RPM)? Or a S4? THX ~Colby

I've been debating that very question myself. I think it would gain a little with the stock computer and alot with an aftermarket. Not sure on the intake. With all the work I've been doing with intakes I'm starting to favor the S4 but then again mine aren't stock. Who knows how it would respond to a bridge.
