Microsoft is looking for a 3 rotor
Hello everybody, I dont know which would be the best place on the forum to post this so I will post it in a few places. Moderators feel free to re-direct them to the appropriate sub-forum if needed.
Microsoft is looking for a 3 rotor powered car to use for capturing audio. The 3 rotor engine has a very unique sound and we are hoping to find an extremely aggressive sample that would send shivers down your spine. If you have, or know someone who has a car that might fit the following criteria please let us know:
• 3 Rotor Engine
• Aggressive Exhaust
• Naturally Aspirated (no turbo cars, sorry :[ )
• High RPM Capable (8500+ would be ideal)
• Ported/Polished or Race Tuned a big plus. Think super aggressive!
We would be running your car on loaded dyno while capturing the sound. It’s a pretty cool process and we’ve recorded hundreds of cars before using the same technique. As car people know, there is no substitute for the sound of the real thing, and we appreciate any one willing to help us ensure we capture the true character of the rotary engine!
You can reply here or talk to Lzamboni (me) and we will contact prospective candidates privately. Thank you!

Talk to this guy. The most aggressive sounding 3 Rotor I have ever heard. Even more aggressive sounding than the furai if you ask me...and that is a lot to say.

Yardy, I believe Mark's Rx3 was imported from New Zealand "as is"... It's definitely one sweet ride and it sounds wicked... Another wicked Caribbean circuit racing 20b is the Rx8 of Guyana's Mark Vera. I believe Vera purchased one of Pettit's Rx8 full tube race cars

Mazdee's 20b Perry running on carbs . Exhaust pulses are very deep in person. 9,000 RPM redline. There's a dyno right beside the shop too and Mosport is only an hours away if you want on track sound.

PLEASE TELL ME THIS IS FOR FM3!!!
The 3 rotor on FM3 sounds like an n/a 13b with a shitty exhaust.
To the OP, why not get in contact with speedsource and their grand am car?
