I bought a parts car and it has magnaflow mufflers on it and i am curious as to how they perform and sound. Has anyone used them or is anyone currently using them? WHat kind of performance increase should i expect if i use them? Heres a link and the model number is 14841.

i have a magnaflow on my 3rd gen. sounds great, sort of deep note. It is a 3" centre/centre muffler.

I can tell you this it sounds a lot better than the Greddy PE i had on it.

It is a straight through design (you can see straight through) so i don't think it is gonna hurt performance.

 

I can only hope mine sound as good as yours and gian a little bit of power.

 

anyone else own any magnaflows? I would like to hear your opinions on them.

 

I have billit 16inch same as magnaflow as far as price. Its quite and deep...The higher rpms seems like the quieter or smoother it gets. I have had them for 1.5 yeras and thier still fine. I always shoot flames as well. Its on my 89N/A

 

will they shoot flames with stock fuel setup or do you have many fuel mods? I am running stock thats why i ask.
