lock dizzy question

im running a semi pp cosmo block runnin a t72, jayteck holley 750 set up the only thing im still not %100 sure of is the dist. lockibg or the actual degrees the trailing should be before locking it, i talk with carlos gonzales he told me for the boost i was planning on runing around 20 psi he told me 12dgs retard ont the leading and o deg on trailing , does this mean leaving the trailing right on where the big marks are on stock posiution? and locking it , i know what to do with the bottom weight and how to lock them i just want to make sure to have the trailing set to the right position before welding it locked
