the turbo will support up to or about 200hp but from its small compressor side, that turbo will only produce that power in the low to mid rpm range and the hot side is not good for a rotary, a stock turboII turbo hot side is about twice that size.

as well from a rotary stand point, you will not see any benefit from this turbo at all, it will give some great low end torque but from its small size will quickly wear off as our engines spin towards 8k and that turbo is paired to a motor that runs out of breath at 5k and redlines at 6.5k.
drive a 1.8 jetta or golf, you'll know what i mean

just get a rebuilt S5 turbo

Heres a link to some info on the turbo.
http://www.more-japan.com/home.php?c...ction=0&page=2

It leaves out some info on the a/r sizes for compressor and exhaust. How ever as i understand it this turbo compares to larger turbos like greddys T-78 or HKS' T04z. While supporting high horse power, turbo lag increases. I would think you can begin to hit full boost around 4k rpm or higher. I have not installed on my fc so i dont know for sure.
I bought mine from japan the owner was pushing 500ps at 15psi in an FC. Heres a few pictures.
