Just got done porting a rotor housing, comments please!

Well I just got done at my first atempt at porting a rotor housing. I used a pineapple template. I think it came out pretty well. Comments are apprecieated. This motor will be a medium street port.

Looks pretty good, with engines that will be driven on the road I like to use a slightly more round floor for a quieter exhaust but a flat floor will yield more power.

from what i can see, yes, that looks pretty good, but the photos look kinda fuzzy (at least, on my screen).

Thanks for the feed back. This will only be a weekend / track car, not my dailey driver so I am not to worried about noise. I will see if I can get better pictures but my camera did not want to focus on it for some reason.

You need to finish the port by beveling the closing edge. This protects the apex seal as it crosses the closing edge of the port. Other than that, it looks good.

I was still reading up on that. Seems like some people do it and some dont. I am pretty sure I am going to do a small bevel. Thanks for the heads up!

Do it.....But you dont want to much of a cut back, make it smooth but abrupt so as to stop exhaust reverberation.
