13B and cosmo twins?
Has anyone stuck cosmo (20B) twins on a 2 rotor? I found a guy selling a set up like this and got curious.
any performance numbers?
I've found a 380whp dyno and supposedly pettit can make 550hp with them, but that's on a 20B. Anybody seem them on a 2 rotor?

My old motor in my S4 was a 2 rotor built qith 20b housings, run ok but power wise was a piece of sh*t, dont bother at all. Everything was mint, timing, rebuilt turbo, plenty of fuel and spark, just didnt seem to run right. Use 13b housings.

I tried to put twins on from a 13B-REW. The FC intake manifold sticks out a lot more then the FD intake manifold, so you need a spacer which leaves about 2" from the downpipe flange on the turbos to the side of the chassis. Not enough room in my opinion for a downpipe to perform adequetly. Now I'm just sticking a twin turbo 13B-RE in my car.

If you've seen 20b twins, and an actual 13b, you would'nt be asking this question, because its just not going to work, and if you did spend all the time fabbing **** up to make it bolt up, you'd then realise you could have just gone single turbo and gotten better response, more power, less weight , less complications and better results.

then again, you sort of answered it with the whole "more power, less weight, etc" with a single bit. I just thought it sounded cool and he's not asking too much for it so I wanted to know if anyone else had done it.
here's the guy's thread. https://www.rx7club.com/2nd-generation-rx-7-1986-1992-parts-194/fs-twin-turbo-setup-fc-793794/

20b twins suck, the hotsides are so restrictive that its a joke, wich is funny because the rew twins i think are actually more efficient, at least they look like they would be looking at the hotsides on those, not to mention the 20b twins look to be more complicated some how. follow racerx's advise and just go single, a nice t04 will do you well
