Once the groove is cut how would you go about sealing off coolant?

Devcon,or a material similar to it will work best.Go about it the same way as the guys who build PP engines,by blocking the water passage in the rotorhousing completly.Depending how well you seal it will be directly converted to how long before the engine start seeping water into the combustion chmabers,so take extra care when doing it..

ok i have heard or some using apex seal springs and side seals to keep the coolant seal back. What the groove is ported all the way out would you need to drill a small whole in the groove and cut the coolant seal and have something go through the seal and into the hole with some rtv
