info on oil temp and pressure gauges

I'm gonna install an oil temp and pressure gauge, whats easier/better mechanical or electrical?

electric is WAY easier. if you have a 2nd gen you need the oil adapter plate from racing beat. don't have a clue where to tap in for a FD.
