I'm rebuilding my 13bt can some1 check my list make sure i have everything?

Ok i have been reading alot the past few days about what parts to buy and where to buy them from. This is what i came up with let me know if i missed anything:

Rotary Aviation Basic Kit for 89-91
Kit includes:
-Main Gasket Set
UIM to LIM Gasket, Lim to engine gasket, engine to exhaust mani gasket, exhaust mani to turbo gasket, oil filter base o-rings, mop o-rings, DP to exhuast pipe gasket.

-Rotor o-ring large
-Rotor o-ring small
-Front & Rear main Seals
-corner seal plug
-Corner Seal Springs
-Side seal springs
-Thrust Bearings
-Thermo Pallet
-Apex seal set
-Apex seal spring set
-Water pump to block gasket
-Oil Tube gasket
-Hylomar
-Silicone

and from Mazdatrix
6 long and 6 short Mazda oem Apex Seal Springs.

Sound good? Should ony cost me about $550 dollars to rebuild it. Oh the engine is a good running jspec. Just want to rebuild it before it gets damaged.

oil pan gasket (if you choose to use one)
nylon washer for front cover
o-rings for the water passage in the LIM

and i'd reuse all the stock springs before i used any of the RA springs.

ok thank you... Ill look into buying oem side and corner seal springs. Also my rebuilder says he feels alot more comfortable using the atkins kit. Why is it so much more expensive? I can get this kit for about $550 or $600 and the atkins kit is almost $1,100. Is there any advantage to using the atkins kit over the RA kit with all mazda oem springs?

i really really hate the atkins gaskets, but that's just me. i thought you were doing it yourself, but in this case, i'd kinda go with whatever your builder is comfortable with.

see if they can swap out the front cover gasket for an fc. fd bearings are better, and so are the springs. that's a kit, less apex seals and springs--which you can use whatever you want. so there's 11-1200ish for a FULL rebuild...everything new.

what i do for a lot of guys on a really tight budget is use new apex seals, new springs everywhere, new rubber stuff everywhere, and recycle the oil ring carriers, side and corner seals (assuming it's all withing factory spec). that usually puts the parts total between 5-700, depending on other stuff. and the motors still crank out factory compression, so long as the rotors and rotor housings are sexy
