Question how to remove the air pump?

I have already remove my emissions solionds on my fb. I would like the finish the job and go for some free hp. Does anyone know what is involved in removing the air pump and the thermal reactor?

air pump is easy all you have to do is pull both of the belts off then just unbolt the airpump. Hard to find a belt that will fit with the stock pulleys though, srx7.com is supposed to carry them.

Question

Does it cause any problems other than the with belt and emissions. Also it goes through the thermal reactor right? should I remove that as well? Thanks for any help.
